Tongshida mould have a whole set of automatic, high-precision CNC processing machines. Efficient processing technology help to maintain consistent quality and precision of mould parts. (See detailed remarks for equipment list). The connection of various processing machinery to computer network enables the direct transmission of CAD/CAM data.

Quality Assurance
High-precision 3D coordinate measuring machine enable us to conduct thorough check and test on trial products against draft so as to ensure every measurement of finished products delivered to our clients meet requirement.

Tongshida Mould QC 3 main steps:
1.Incoming quality control:
all steel material and outsourcing standard components will be checked to ensure that they confirm with the demands for the custom plastic mold;
2.Inprocess quality control:
all the machining and assembling process is under control,we have QC team to check and supervise the tolerance and processed surface to satisfy the requirments;
3.Final quality control:
upon the completion of the plastic mold,we will have a thorough check for the main size of the trial plastic sample and mold to ensure the every steps havn't be overlooked and plastic quality is ok.
